When you subscribe to a Roku Smart Home plan, your recorded events are securely stored in the cloud for a period of 14 days. After this time frame, your recordings are automatically deleted, and unfortunately, we are unable to restore any deleted content.
To enhance your security and ensure access to your recordings, you can also choose to back them up to a micro SD card simultaneously. This feature is particularly valuable if there happens to be an interruption in your internet connection, allowing you to retain access to your important footage.
