Hello!
I have an indoor Roku camera that I removed from the app following the instructions. Now, I am unable to set it up again. I have done all steps listed in this forum and none work. The red light remains solid and I am unable to get it to the blinking phase (yes, I pushed the set up button, yes, I held it down, yes, I attempted this multiple times, yes, I have tried unplugging it and switching outlets).
What to do when the instructions do not work?

Hi @Lbtk,
Thank you for the response!
We appreciate the information you provided. We would like to know where you purchased this Roku Camera and the model. You can locate the model at the bottom of the camera.
In the meantime, we suggest you restart your router and modem by unplugging them from the power source. Before you connect the Roku camera again, make sure to check your modem to see if it is completely loaded.
Please keep us posted.
Regards,
Riamie
Model: CS1000X, bought from Amazon
I have reset, updated, and restated my router/modem and no change in this camera or the other one that now says “can’t connect code -45” same model as above.
