We understand that when you view the event recordings on your Roku Smart Home app, it freezes and does not play the video. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Let's see if this works for you.
- Ensure that your Roku Smart Home app and Roku device are running the latest firmware version.
- Log out and log back into the Roku Smart Home app.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app.
> iOS: Open the App Store® on your iOS device and search for "Roku Smart Home mobile app", or visit the online App Store and download the latest version.
> Android: Open the Google Play™ store on your Android device and search for "Roku Smart Home mobile app", or visit the online Google Play store and download the latest version.
- Download the Roku Smart Home app on another mobile device and log in with your Roku account to check if the issue occurs.
