I get that the Roku Camera app on your TV does have audio when playing the live stream. I'd be more than happy to find you the best course of action regarding your issue.
Before we proceed, I just want to know if you tried to play the video recording from the Roku Camera app to check if there is audio. For now, I suggest you try the following.
Removing apps from the Home screen on your Roku device
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Move to the right and highlight the app you wish to remove
- Press Star on your Roku remote to open the Options menu
- Select Remove the app and confirm when prompted
Reset your Roku device:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Add an app:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Search
- Search for the Roku Camera app
- Select the Roku Camera app and press OK on your remote
- Select Add channel
The app will be added to the bottom of the list of apps on the home screen. If you prefer, the app can be moved higher up the list.
