Before we proceed, we would like you to know that the Roku cameras are designed to activate recording only when they detect motion or specific events. This feature helps to conserve storage and ensure that you only capture significant moments.
Does it all happen from all of your event recordings and all cameras? If so, please follow the details below:
- Ensure the Roku Smart home app and camera firmware are up to date
- Restart your camera
- Record yourself moving in front of the camera for over 14 seconds to check if the issue persists.
