Is there a solution for this? Brand new doorbell. After scanning the QR code during initial installation attempt(s) there is a long delay (a couple of minutes at least) then "QR Code Incorrect" then "Ready to Connect." Just downloaded the app so it is the current version, have reset and disconnected doorbell a few times, just stuck in the loop. What is it trying to do for all that time? Strong WiFi signal at doorbell location, WiFi password works to connect other devices, but cannot get past this point. What is the fix? Does it matter if the Chime module is plugged in or not? Have tried it both ways.
