I have tried all the recommended solutions. I have a 2.4 gigahertz router that the 360 camera connects to just fine but it will not connect to the Dual Band 2.4/5 gigahertz router. My other Roku cameras connect to the dual band router just fine. Only the 360 Roku camera has a problem with the dual band router.

Are you saying the 360 camera will not connect to the 2.4 GHz Network on a dual band router? The other indoor se cameras connect to the 2.4 GHz network on the dual band router just fine
Thanks for keeping in touch, @Dh55!
