Outdoor camera no longer recording events

My outdoor camera quit detecting and recording events.

  • Have they've tried rebooting your camera?
  • How far is the camera from your wireless router?
  • When did you start seeing this issue occur?
  • Have you made any recent changes to your settings within the Roku Smart Home mobile app?

👍. Roku Home Cameras, Please let us know resolution for future camera upgrades or to resolve event recording latency issues.

Are there any near future plans to upgrade Roku Cameras or “firmware” update again for issues related to recording latency event problems that currently exist Alcon?
