We saw your post about the Roku Outdoor camera not recording events and only taking images. We are more than happy to assist you with this issue.
Roku cameras only record events if you have an active subscription to Roku Smart Home. Please check your Roku account to see if you have an active subscription by following the steps below:
- Sign in to your Roku account
- Select Manage Your Subscriptions
- Under Active subscriptions, you will see if you have an active subscription to the Roku Smart Home app.
