Hello everyone. Is there a way of recovering Events that are older than 14 days?
Hi @samuelnarroyo,
A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, and thanks for the inquiry!
Please be aware that video clips are only stored for 14 days. Therefore, you won't be able to access the previous recordings if the date you wish to review was in excess of fourteen days ago.
If there's anything else that we can do to assist you, please keep us posted.
All the best,
John

your supposed to be able to get events older than 14 days off the SD that has been inserted. and it only goes back to the 19th of june after checking today trying to find a video from 6/14 for a police matter. any help?
@emma-camsuk, is the SD card full? If it's full, it will start deleting older videos.
Nope not full. There is plenty of room the videos just go back to the 19th.
@emma-camsuk, do you know if it ever had videos from before the 19th or is this the first time you've tried to view them? The only other thing I can think of is to put it in a computer and run some kind of data recovery program on it assuming the videos used to be there.
Yah this is the first time I’ve taken it out and tried to view. What kind of recovery program can I use for an SD ?
@emma-camsuk, I haven't used one in a long time, so I can't really recommend any particular one, but search for "flash drive recovery" and you should find some free software.
