OUTDOOR CAMERA SE NOT HOLDING A CHARGE
The Outdoor Camera Se is not holding a charge. I've updated the firmware and followed suggestions from the community forum. We've only had our camera for 1-2 months. From the very beginning of buying and setting the camera up, after charging for more than 4 hours when I set it up, the battery drains quickly to about 90% then a day or two later it holds at around 57% for about a week and slowly drains as it should. We've tried all suggestions.

Re: OUTDOOR CAMERA SE NOT HOLDING A CHARGE
Hello,
I’ve gone through two full charges for this one outdoor camera. I’ve followed the instruction on how to charge it. I have the current firmware. There is limited battery use since the camera is set only detect when a person leaves and exits the front door, which only happens a few times a day.
After the charging is complete with the solid light, we’ve set up the camera and immediately the battery starts to deplete. It’s at 100% initially and then it drops between 60% and 56% within 2-4 hours. Then it holds at this percentage and slowly drains as it should. From the time I sent my inquiry regarding this issue, the camera is now at 50%. With my other two cameras that I charged on the same day, one is at 96% and the other at 99%. Those cameras also have more activity being captured.
On a final note the cameras are now only capturing images rather than video. Would you please help me fix this? Thank you.
