No picture during the day

My wired outdoor camera works great at night. I have to constantly reset it to get a picture during the day

To look closely into the issue, could you please clarify whether you are referring to the video recording or the live stream?

We recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps below:

  • Ensure your Roku Smart Home app and device are up to date
  • Check if there is a Rule that is set up to automate your Roku Wired Outdoor Camera
  • Restart your Roku Wired Outdoor Camera:
  1. Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
