To look closely into the issue, could you please clarify whether you are referring to the video recording or the live stream?
We recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps below:
- Ensure your Roku Smart Home app and device are up to date
- Check if there is a Rule that is set up to automate your Roku Wired Outdoor Camera
- Restart your Roku Wired Outdoor Camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
