My outdoor camera has code 45 not connecting

My Roku outdoor camera is constantly buffering.  Code 45.  I have unplugged it.  Wi-fi is ok but it will not connect

I get code 45. I have unplugged camera.  Checked wi-fi. Still not working

We are sorry to hear that your Roku Outdoor camera has an error code 45. No worries, help is here.

This failure is due to the camera having no network connection. image.png

We recommend you try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Check that the internet connection for the camera is functioning properly and does not have any outages.
  2. Attempt to reconnect by tapping "Reconnect" on the live stream. 
  3. Power cycle the camera
    > Unplug the USB cable from the back of the camera.
    > Wait 30-60 seconds and plug back in
