I want my live feed back, it’s only giving me an image

Only giving me still image now! Will someone help me with this issue? 
I have a pad subscription

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue with your Roku Camera only displaying an image. We are happy to help.

Do you have an active Smart Home subscription? If you do not purchase a camera subscription, you will lose premium service benefits after the free trial ends. Did you receive an email about the end of your trial subscription? 

Proceed with accessing the subscription homepage:

  1. Please go to https://my.roku.com/payment/camera/purchase
  2. Access the Roku Home Subscription Page 
  3. Under Choose Cameras, choose the camera(s) you would like to include in the subscription. 
  4. Select a payment option.
    Under Choose Payment – You can choose if you would like a monthly subscription or annual subscription.  
  5. Once a payment option is chosen, Select Proceed to Payment. 
  6. Enter in a Payment Method and Billing Address information. 
  7. Select Subscribe.  
  8. You receive confirmation that their subscription has started. 

To check your subscription you can log in to your account 

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Select Manage Your Subscriptions
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select Roku Smart Home Subscription
  4. Select Manage subscription
