Hello, My son is very tech savy, and he has a synology NAS in our home, and he wanted to know if the Roku Cameras can be recorded externally VIA DVR on the NAS

Please be advised that your Roku Smart Home camera can capture several types of recordings, including event, continuous, scheduled, and time-lapse. Some recording features are only available on specific smart home cameras. Recordings can be saved to the cloud when you purchase a Roku Smart Home Subscription or backed up to a microSD card. In addition to the previous recording features, you can manually capture a video or photo of the live video stream on both smart home cameras and video doorbells. Your recordings can only be viewed in the Roku Smart Home mobile app or from the microSD card. You can learn how to install and manage microSD card recordings.

Hahaha, just bought a bunch of these literally yesterday.
Will be taking them back tomorrow, as well.

Making the cameras only work with proprietary software hub, pathetic.
