Firmware won’t update outdoor wired cam
This is BvII Sh!1.. "Updating..." for ten minutes. Then says, "Update Failed" The Cameras work just fine. I can view the footage on the TV and the live stream but cannot watch it through the phone. Contacted "Support" on Saturday. It is now almost Wednesday and have had no luck. Reset the Cameras. Reset the modem. Cameras are next to the router. The Internet is Solid. Tried one camera at a time. Really annoyed by this point. All the money you guys get, and you can't keep your sh!t running smooth... Disgusting..

Assess my concern effectively... nice. I have an iphone 13 pro. ios 16.2. Why wouldn't someone reach out anyways? I'm obviously having issues. Don't worry about it though. I will be returning these Monday. Roku sucks @$$.
