I have a Roku Floodlight SE out door camera on the back of my garage. Its about 6 months old. It just lost connectivity just after Christmas. I tried to update the firmware and the app, still wont connect. I power cycled the breaker, and the lights turn on when power is restored. They turn off after 30 seconds. The camera has no LEDs at all. I held the setup button for 10 seconds, and nothing. I have tried to cycle the breaker a few times, and left it off for 5 minutes and then restored power...the camera is still 100% dead, no LED, no sounds, nothing.

Hello Rey, I am having the exact same problem as the OP. I lost access to the camera on New Years Eve 12/31.
This is not the first time it’s happened except now the camera is completely useless. We purchased this outdoor camera on September 2023.

I have the same issues regarding my floodlight camera.. I’m getting extremely frustrated. I have deleted device from Roku smart home app & tried to set it up like new. I’m not getting any led lights or sounds when i press the Setup button.

Did I just get scammed into giving Rey my personal information? I was asked to give my phone number and address 3 weeks ago in order for Roku to mail me a replacement. I have made attempts at contacting the same email with no answer and no replacement.
Can moderators be trusted with our personal information and do they assist with sending replacements?
