Yes i am having the exact same problem except my outdoor camera is not recording it is just taking pictures

Do you have a subscription attached to your Roku Smart Home doorbell? If you had a free trial linked to that Roku Smart Home device, it's possible that the trial may have ended.

I am having same issue now for at least a week. I have 6 cameras and a wired doorbell. All cameras work fine but doorbell only takes picture. I have event recording turned on. Doorbell is also on my subscription account for 99 cameras.
