Roku Cameras App says "something went wrong"

I installed the Roku Cameras App on my Roku ultra last night and it worked great. This morning every time I try to open it I get the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again" and when I click "OK" it just goes back to the home screen.

Why will it not let me access my new camera?

The Roku Smart Home app on my phone works perfect but the app on my Roku Ultra doesn't.

I already tried uninstalling the "Cameras" app but it did not help

I am using the outdoor wired camera

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System Restart.

If the issue persists, you can try updating the software on your Roku device and restarting your network router.
