Hi, my roommate and I have been trying to get the feed from our doorbell camera to work on the app on the TV like it does for our phones.
The thing keeps saying “unable to connect” regardless of resetting the apps and the camera, even whether the tv is wi-fi or wired.

Before you connect your Roku Video Doorbell to the Roku TV, make sure both devices are connected to the same Roku account. Please try these troubleshooting steps and see if they work for you.
- Remove and add the Roku Camera app from the Roku TV: How to remove apps from your Roku streaming device | How to add apps to your Roku streaming device
- Restart the System of your Roku TV by going through Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
If the issue persists please let us know.
