I have a few Roku devices, six Roku boxes connected to my TV's those working ok. I also have six Smart Cameras and doorbells. Two of these cameras are wire free doorbells. The four wired free outside cameras SE. They all will work fine whenever you have them online, once they dropped connections for any reason it's **bleep** to get them back online. I'm an I T person with A+ and Cisco CCNA Certification and experience, work helpdesk and Remote site connections with customers for over fifteen years. I've never experienced reconnecting a network device before as bad as Roku Devices.
Their Customer Service Techs, sound like they are in some foreign country and reading from some script given to them.
My base for the Cameras came off-line for some reason, I don't know, and I spend over four hours did reset, uninstalled and re-installed the app, delete the device from the app tried to let it find it. It can never find the network unless you scanned the small QR -code at the back of the base, then the Roku network pop-up trying to connect is another thing. It spins and spin and spin, then timeout. Call the help desk, they were of no help. The sad thing is, I'm now retired and cannot afford to spend the kinda of money I spent on Roku Devices to go somewhere else.
