failed to update device list

my cameras seemed to be working fine yesterday. today I woke up and neither one was working and kept showing the "failed to update device list" message. I checked my internet connection which was fine. un-installed camera and back in, still not working. un-installed the app and back in on my phone now I can't see any of the cameras on my phone at all. what is going on? I depend on these cameras while at work. what is going on?

Mines is currently like this too! I've unplugged them let them sit for a minute plugged them back in, uninstalled them reinstalled the app, then reset my router & its still not working! It says failed to update device list! The last footage that was recorded was around 2am a bout 3 hours ago

Mine is doing the exact same thing!! Worked perfectly last night. Now says failed to update device list. I unplugged both cameras and reinstalled app. Hopefully just their server down. Came right to internet to see if anyone else with similar problems.
