Connecting camera to network

I reset my indoor camera and accidentally pressed deny location service and now I can’t get it to connect it prompts me to go to location service and I do but the location service is on. I still can’t get it to connect

We understand that you accidentally pressed the deny option for permission to allow location service on your Roku Smart Home app. No worries, help is here.

We suggest you try a couple of troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app
    How to install the Roku Smart Home mobile app
  2. Then, set up the camera again as a new device.

If the issue persists, please let us know.
