I purchased the Roku indoor cameras and cannot download the smart home app for my home in Arizona. My iPhone and IPad were purchased in Canada. I get a message that the app is not available in my country or region although I’m in Arizona.

Even if you purchase your mobile devices from another country, you can still download the Roku Smart Home app, since it is available globally on both iOS and Android app stores.

• The Roku Smart Home app for iOS is compatible with Apple devices running iOS version 14.0 or higher. Visit the App Store on your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) or visit the online App Store to download the Roku Smart Home mobile app for iOS.
• The Roku Smart Home app for Android is compatible with Android devices running Android version 7.0 or higher. Visit the Google Play store on your Android device or visit the online Google Play store to download the Roku Smart Home mobile app for Android.

I'm pretty sure this is not true. I am frequently in a different country and I had to fake my location to get it to install on my partner's cell phone. I just this moment did a Google Play search for "roku smart home" on an Android phone outside the US and it wasn't offered as a download.
