I have the Roku camera my and wife and I wife used to monitor our children. We then used a joint email account. I have since linked it to my new email and new wifi, but I am wonderin, can she still access the live feeds/camera from our previous joint email account? Even though I've linked it with a new account? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that each Roku device can be linked to only one Roku account at a time. This means you need to connect your device to your new Roku account using your updated email address. As it stands, your wife will not be able to access the Roku camera via the Roku Smart Home app because she is still logged into the previous account.
If you would like her to have the ability to monitor your home through the camera, you'll need to guide her through a few steps. She will first need to log out of the Roku Smart Home app using her old Roku account. After that, she should log back in using the new account linked to your email address.
