Can’t log into Roku home app

I’ve been trying to log into my Roku home app to view my outdoor cameras and it just says email and password don’t match your records but i had just logged in yesterday I’ve tried uninstalling and installing the app tried my other email and retried and still does not work.

    We understand you are having an issue logging into your Roku Smart Home app. We're happy to help.

    Please make sure that it is the same account that you're using. Ensure you don't accidentally add spaces before or after the email address or password.
