Hi @Mistytodd555,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you are having with Roku Cameras that won't read the QR code to connect to your internet. We are here to help you with this concern.
If deleting the device did not work to connect your Roku camera to the internet and set it again, we recommend you try the following.
Check the Wi-Fi connection:
Most Roku Smart Home devices cannot connect to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network. If you have a dual-band router, make sure to connect your phone or tablet to your 2.4GHz wireless network from the settings for this device before launching the smart home app. For help, learn how to identify and connect to your 2.4GHz network.
If the issue persists, we suggest you try to restart your router by following the steps below:
Factory reset your smart home camera:
IMPORTANT: For indoor camera models supporting a micro SD card, remove the storage device before performing a factory reset.
After a successful reset, you will see a blue pulsing status light on your camera. If you are troubleshooting and need to set up your camera again, refer to the following articles.
