Hello everyone,
I have three indoor cameras and they do record events based on all the triggers. Right now the videos are 15s long. That’s not the problem. The problem is that when I look at the event logs they all stop recording events at 11pm. There are no more recorded events even though I KNOW stuff is happening at later hours of the night.
I have looked everywhere in the Smart Home App and the camera settings and I do not know why this is happening. Can you help?

We noticed in your post that your Roku camera is not recording at a certain time. No worries, help is here.
We suggest you try the following:
- Ensure your Roku Smart Home app and device are running the latest version.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app
- Check your Roku Camera schedule on the rule settings if you have a rule created:
> Tap the pencil icon from the navigation bar
> Select Edit rules
> If you see a rule that is related to controlling your Roku camera recordings, proceed with the next steps
> Select the rule and delete it.
> To delete the rule, tap Delete rule

Re: Cameras not recording past 11 pm
I'm having the same exact problem, but my cameras aren't recording anything beteween 9pm and 8am. We have cars in and out of our community all night long. I would love to know how to resolve this, otherwise, why would I continue to pay to have this service?
I know it's not my phone as my daughter's app is having the same situation. Thank you to anyone who can help in this matter.

Thank you for answering so quickly. I never had rules set, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the Roku Smart Home app. I won't know if it worked until tomorrow morning. I'll check back in then
