All of their “solutions” are because they won’t do something, not because they can’t. There is a reason their subscribers and users are dwindling.

Those drop downs and menus don't exist.
The instructions you've copied and pasted are identical to the outdated ones I was emailed.
The menus you describe don't exist.

When i get to a "support professional" in a chat, they take their time to tell me they can't help.
FIX YOUR USER EXPERIENCE!
PUT A STOP GAP MEASURE IN THAT ALLOWS CORRECTIONS.
I placed my order on a Friday night and immediately knew I'd made an error. The order didn't even process at USPS until Monday, but I had no way of correcting it.
I would be happy with an order process that takes a little more time to get it right.
Faster is not better.
This answer has nothing to do with changing your address. Many people are VERY frustrated with your customer service - including myself! It is impossible to change your physical address. I spoke with an agent yesterday, and she said she couldn't do it for me.... how on EARTH can I change my address? It shouldn't be so difficult - after all, people DO move!!!
Your instructions say to go to payments and invoices - all it says there is that I purchased something in 2020... no mention of address or anything else.
So, how do I change my physical address please? Please. PLEASE!!!!!!!!
