Can't not to a technical support per regarding my pin update

Thanks for your post. 

We can see that you need assistance updating your Roku PIN. Follow the steps below on how to update your Roku PIN.  

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Under PIN preference, select Update
  3. Choose your PIN preferences for making purchases and adding channels
    • Require a PIN to make purchases and add channels
    • Require a PIN to make purchases
    • A PIN is not required to make any purchases or add any channels
  4. Select Save preferences
