Hallmark Movies Now App Subscription verified but no play
I just signed up for Hallmark Movies Now (free trial + Annual), but every time I try to play a movie it asks for subscription. When I click subscription, it says it's already been purchased. What am I missing?

That's one of those channels/apps that has two ways to access it - through The Roku Channel and via the standalone channel/app on your Roku Home Screen. If one doesn't work try the other.
