Hello,

I created a new account and after signing into roku.com and clicking on the myaccount link it redirects to https://my.roku.com/signin but gets stuck in what looks like a javascript error causing it to reload the page over and over again.

Ive tried different web browsers and it also does the same thing on my iphone. Are others able to login?

Same issue here. I picked the wrong day to do a factory reset on my Roku TV. I cannot get past the screen to activate my roku account with my email address because it just keeps bootlooping the login page.

Same here. Need to fix a subscription NOW.

Just tried using Firefox, and no problems. I just went to my.roku.com, which then forwarded eventually to https://my.roku.com/dashboard

Just as a further test, I tried Microsoft Edge, which I rarely use and required me to actually log in. it quickly went to the Dashboard as normal.
