4-year-old spent $525.00 on this without my parental controls working.  How do you request a refund.  Cannot find anything in here to help with that, and not one section that covers this?  Can anyone help?

They claim that their subscriptions are prepaid non-refundable, which might explain why there is no specific section about this.  But you can try the general contact page and see what you can arrange.
