cannot remember my roku sign in password and when I try to use the forgot password function to set up a new one it still doesn't let me sign in

Please be advised that channel logins and authentications are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest contacting the F1 Races customer support team again to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with accessing the channel.
Moreover, if you need help with the charge, getting help from our Billing team may be more effective. Contact them here and choose "Accounts, Payment, & Subscriptions." They are the best ones to help you with that matter.

Thanks for the response. I can now get into the account for F1 that I have on Roku; BUT everytime I try to get to the channel after log on the screen takes me to "forgot your password?". Tried contacting the help line and an online chat but nobody seems to know how to fix this. One individual referred me to F1 but F1 tells me this is a Roku issue. Would really like to be able to watch all the F1 races that I've paid a yearly subscription for.........
