Why am I not receiving an email on deactivating my account?

Greetings!   Can someone please let me know why I cannot get a response to an email asking to deactivate my account please?

You can deactivate it yourself.

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address shown on your Roku device via Settings > System > About.  Scroll down and click on Delete account

You can deactivate it yourself.

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address shown on your Roku device via Settings > System > About.  Scroll down and click on Delete account
