I do not know what this charge is! Date 11/07/23 11331103311303947527022 4899  Roku for CBS Interactive 2711 Centerville Ro -$5.99 Please explain....remove it and refund the $5.99 charge! My first Peacock payment went through then one day before my second Peacock payment this charge came up. It does not show on my subscriptions but is the same price! You need to fix this obviously!

Do you have Paramount+?  You can see all of your subscriptions that are billed through Roku by logging into your account using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About at https://my.roku.com .

No, I do not have Paramount+! I am only subscribed to Friendly and Peacock. Roku for CBS Interactive posted to my bank account on November 7 the amount of $5.99. On November 8 Peacock posted to my bank account $5.99. Only Peacock and Friendly are listed on my subscriptions. I have no idea what Roku for CBS Interactive is.

The next step is to contact billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .  Hopefully they'll be able to get to the bottom of it.
