Someone set my TV up with a pin And we don’t talk anymore how can I change it please help

You have to change it at https://my.roku.com

If that's not possible because you can't log into the account, you'll have to create a new Roku account, factory reset your TV, and then link it to your new account.  If your payment method was attached to that old account and you can't remove it, you may have a problem.

Login to your Roku account on a computer or tablet.  Select Pin Preference and update
