Hi @Allenwells1488.

Warm welcome here in the Roku Community!

We understand that you were billed for a Vudu purchase and want a refund for it. We are here to assist you with your concerns.

Please be advised that the charges labeled "Roku for Vudu" are subscription charges that are being misunderstood by a specific issuing bank. These charges correspond to subscriptions for other channels, such as Max, Peacock, Philo, and some others, that are billed directly through Roku.

If you notice these specific charges on your bank or credit card statement, you likely have ongoing subscriptions that are being billed through the Roku platform. You can assure that there have been no unrecognized or unnecessary charges made to your account. However, if you don't want to be billed by these channels any longer, you can manage your subscriptions by:

  1. To access your subscriptions, log in to my.roku.com and navigate to the My Subscriptions section.
  2. Under your active subscriptions, select the Channels that you want to cancel and click "Turn Off Auto-Renew".
  3. You can still use your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

For more detailed information, you can visit this support article: How to manage my subscriptions.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to further assist you.

Warm regards,
Emman
