Are you trying to access it through the Paramount+ app or through The Roku Channel? If one doesn't work, try the other. Also, note that if you subscribe to something through Roku you can often only access that subscription on Roku devices linked to the same Roku account. You can see what Roku account a device is linked to by checking the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About.
