So today I tried to order a supposed upgrade unit for $19.95...only my invoice charge shown is over $32!
Of course I can't seem to speak to anyone. Also they do not have my correct address. I changed the address and get a message "Roku doesn't ship to that area"??????? Its 5 miles from my previous address. again its seemingly impossible to speak with anyone and support just keeps "loading"... after 20 minutes of loading I give up. I've been a customer since they arrived on the scene.... they have become just another unfriendly company. So frustrating.
