I was just charged on my cash app for 9.99 and I talked to Disney plus they have nothing and it's from Disney electronics what do I do

If you didn't make the purchase or have a subscription to their service, I would report it to your credit card as possibly fraudulent.

I have the Disney+ and Hulu combo package, and I got a billing on my PayPal account as "Roku for Disney Electro" What's odd is that I have an account directly with Disney+ and have never set it up through Roku. In fact there's no record of it in my Roku account or my Disney+ account except for the normal payments we signed up for which is a different amount.
I believe this to be fraud. It also did the same thing for "Roku for Peacock TV LLC" about a minute later.
I ended up removing Automatic payments to Roku on PayPal, and other financial info in my Roku account so that it would stop. PayPal seems to think this is a valid transaction, so whomever is doing this is using Roku business credentials. I plan on pursuing this.

I understand your confusion. Disney Plus is billed through Roku, but Disney Plus manages the account. If you have a dispute, Disney Support is the right place to contact.

So would I see the charge on my Roku account? I imagine it would be in the billing history, right? Plus there's no record of this charge anywhere except for PayPal.
If I could find the charge in any of my accounts, I would have disputed it with the originator. This is why I think it's fraud.
