I have a charge for 14.99 that's been coming out for months. It says I have no subscriptions at all. I need to speak to someone who can help me with this issue ASAP!

@Robert80 Not sure you are serious but if you are Roku has nothing to do with your cable bill so they will not be able to assist in any way.
