Unable to sign in The email address or password provided does not match our records

I've reseted the passworld a couple of times, but the problem continues.

I am here, logged to answer, but un the app i cant

On your mobile device, go to the Roku mobile app settings (storage and cache) and clear the cache.  Then clear the data/storage cache.  Then restart your mobile device, open the mobile app and try the credentials again.
