Unable to Return device; Recent Order# placed on Roku site not showing on my Account
04/03/2024: I purchased Roku streaming device ON THE ROKU WEBSITE; the device WAS NOT purchased through another vendor. I have been billed and Roku has my money.
04/05/2024: I received the new device and that day and the next I have thoroughly viewed and tested all settings and it does NOT function properly.
04/07/2024: I have attempted to start the return process on the Roku website and I am not able to do so simply because their website does not show my Order Number.

What can be done to initiate and complete the return?
How long does it take for my Order to be reflected on the Roku website?
It only took Roku 10-15 minutes to take the money from my account.
What other method is available to contact Roku or start some legal action in order to obtain some positive result from Roku?
