I cancelled Disney channel that I had subscribed thru Roku, TWO months ago. Roku still is charging me. And today, you took money out of my bank account the third time. I contacted Disney AGAIN, and once again, they said it had to be cancelled thru you. I told them I did it two months ago with Roku. I mentioned to them when I go online into my Roku account, Disney IS NOT THERE. They said "sorry", but it was subscribed thru Roku. Fix this!! I will never ever subscribe channels every again.

Please note that if your Disney+ subscription is billed via Roku, be aware that Disney+ has its own cancellation and refund policies. To cancel your subscription or request a refund, contact Disney+ directly and provide your Disney+ account email address. @saraserval Is it possible you have a second Roku account using a different email? If you can still access Disney on your Roku device go to settings on the Roku device and then system, about. Is that the same email address you are using to login to your Roku account?
I typed in my other email addy, and Roku is telling me, "wrong email address". And I tried the other password, that correspond with that other email. So unfortunately, that is not going to help. Is there anything else?

It is DISNEY charging my account. I all ready cancelled Disney+, several months ago. THAT was taken care of.
It is DISNEY!!!!!!
Bank statement says "Roku for Disney". THAT is why am asking Roku to STOP taking out $17.51 out of my checking account. They now have been doing this for several months now.
Once again, it is ROKU FOR DISNEY.

Thanks for keeping us posted. I understand how this can be confusing. This is because the subscription is started and billed through your Roku account. However, the subscription account is managed by Disney+, so only they can assist with and process cancellations and refunds.
