I just got a Roku Pro 55” waiting to be connected.
I tried to setup my Roku account before I plug in the TV. I can login to my account but I cannot add a payment method. Roku says cannot verify card for my Amex card.
I think the problem is in the single line address for billing address. My mail goes to a Post Office Box and I tried the whole address with P.O. Box as written on my bills and the result is “cannot verify”. Is there a customer service phone number or live chat person?
Right now I have an account but no verified payment method and I have not plugged in my new TV yet. Not a good start.
Unless I am supposed to create my account from a web browser (since typing from the remote is a horror show) and then do the payment stuff from the TV? The instructions say gyou can create your account online and set it up.
