I assume you mean you want to update your credit/debit card info on your Roku account? To do that, you need to go to your account at https://my.roku.com/account , then go to the Payment Methods link to delete/add/update card information.

We understand you want to put a new card on your Roku account. We're happy to help. Please try the following steps below:

Add a payment method to your Roku account

On the Roku website:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Select Payment methods
  3. Enter your payment information and select Save

On your Roku device:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote. 
     
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Payment Method.
  4. Select Add payment method and provide the required information.
    1. For a credit or debit card: enter your payment information in each field as it appears on your credit or debit card and select Continue.
    2. For Paypal: an email with a link will be sent connecting to your PayPal account.
    3. For Apple Pay: either choose an email with a link or scan the QR code on your TV to connect to your Apple Pay account.

Accepted payment methods:

Choose from a variety of options:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • Cash App Pay
  • Prepaid gift cards if the payment merchant (e.g., Visa, Discover) is accepted in your geographic region
