Taking my money and not taking me off auto pay and then not canceling my subscription

It’s has been 3 times now that Roku has taken my money. I was supposed to be taken off auto pay the first and the second time they were supposed to have canceled my subscription

@Hollowcat112475 Have you logged into your Roku account on a computer or phone and checked your subscriptions?  If you login to your Roku account and cannot find any subscriptions then you are not being charged by Roku or you have multiple Roku accounts.  How were you taken off auto pay the first and second times?  Just deleting an app from a Roku device will not stop auto pay.
