Hi, @harleymae4.

We see that you got charged even though you already canceled the subscription. In this case, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.

You may also follow these steps to check the active subscription on your account:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

If there's anything else we can do to assist you, please let us know. We're always willing to help.
