@iwillgetitdone There is no charge for a Roku account so I am not sure how your bank is going to help you cancel a free Roku account. If you are trying to unsubscribe from an app or channel that is being charged by Roku the best way is to login to your Roku account on a computer and go to manage subscriptions and unsubscribe from anything you do not want.
